     Returns

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, no laundering.  Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If there are any issues with shipping or package arrived damaged then you will need to file a claim with the shipping provider. Phee Fabrics is not responsible for any values higher than the insured amount through shipping provider.
                                                         

        Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).
You will receive the credit within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
There is a 10% restocking fee.

  Shipping

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We do use flat rate shipping for most orders and do fill the boxes to capacity so the consumer gets the most out of their shipping fees.

Normal domestic shipping times are 1-3 business days.

Sale domestic shipping times are 7-10 business days. 

All fixed shipping prices are for the domestic USA. International orders on fixed shipping items could incur extra charges.

Please make sure that all email addresses are current and correct. All responses from Phee Fabrics come from customer.service@pheefabrics.com , please check your spam folders. As that is the way for customers to receive updates on their orders. If a free shipping promo code is used shipping might be ground shipping, which has slightly slower delivery times than priority.

All shipping overages over $1 will be refunded

If you earn free shipping, as with other packages, they will be packed to capacity and do come with insurance.

Once the order leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for shipping delays or issues. We will help to the best of our ability but you might also need to contact the shipping provider.  The customer does have the right to request extra protection for the packages, this could increase shipping rates and the price difference will be the responsibility of the consumer, regardless of free shipping or not.
